Two kinds of change are listed here: changes the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) made to the price sheet it prints, and corrections we made to this site’s own record or wording. Newest first.
OGRA prints the petroleum levy, Rs 80.00 (Q), then the part refineries hand over from their own sales, −Rs 14.71 (R), then the levy charged directly, Rs 65.29 (S = Q + R).
The sheet now runs A to V. The price at the pump didn’t change: Rs 377.91.
OGRA’s own sheet says its total leaves out freight from the depot to the pump. We corrected the city pages and 9 notes that said otherwise. Each note carries a dated line.
Before this, OGRA priced diesel from a world price for finished diesel. The sheet now runs A to W.
OGRA prices diesel as a mix of imported diesel and diesel from Pakistani refineries, and prints the mix as its own table.
Before this, this record’s prices come from Pakistan State Oil (PSO), as totals only.
New prices come late at night. We post each one as soon as we read it.
